Compliance Testing Schedule

The NEMSIS Technical Assistance Center (NEMSIS TAC) offers compliance testing free-of-charge to software developers. In order to do so, the NEMSIS TAC tests developer's software in groups rather than on a case-by-case basis. (This is subject to change in accordance to the demand for compliance testing.)

Below are the next scheduled testing sessions and the associated deadlines:
(Please note the below dates are targets and subject to a small degree of latitude. The only exception is when the software developers submit their initial sample files. In addition these initial files are expected to contain no errors.)

• November 2007 Testing Session*
  • Developers send Sample Files to the NEMSIS TAC before November 9, 2007
  • Test Cases sent by the NEMSIS TAC to developers on November 26, 2007
  • Test Cases returned to the NEMSIS TAC by December 17, 2007
  • Test Results notifications and website posting on January 28, 2008
• March 2008 Testing Session
  • Developers send Sample Files to the NEMSIS TAC before February 29, 2008
  • Test Cases sent by the NEMSIS TAC to developers on March 10, 2008
  • Test Cases returned to the NEMSIS TAC by March 31, 2008
  • Test Results notifications and website posting on April 28, 2008
• June 2008 Testing Session
  • Developers send Sample Files to the NEMSIS TAC before May 23, 2008
  • Test Cases sent by the NEMSIS TAC to developers on June 2, 2008
  • Test Cases returned to the NEMSIS TAC by June 23, 2008
  • Test Results notifications and website posting on July 21, 2008
• September 2008 Testing Session
  • Developers send Sample Files to the NEMSIS TAC before August 29, 2008
  • Test Cases sent by the NEMSIS TAC to developers on September 8, 2008
  • Test Cases returned to the NEMSIS TAC by September 29, 2008
  • Test Results notifications and website posting on October 27, 2008
• December 2008 Testing Session*
  • Developers send Sample Files to the NEMSIS TAC before November 26, 2008
  • Test Cases sent by the NEMSIS TAC to developers on December 8, 2008
  • Test Cases returned to the NEMSIS TAC by January 8, 2009
  • Test Results notifications and website posting on February 9, 2009

  *The dates for the November and December sessions accomodate the existing holiday season.
